They remind me of those lights kids have in their rooms the spin and create moving shadows on the walls.It would be really cool to light them at night with an LED or paint them with something that looks cool when they spin.I would like to see a combined art/utility projest to design such things in Urban Areas, how about sculptural solar panels?
